- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt in a mason jar and shake to mix.
- In a large bowl, gently toss watermelon, blueberries, sliced mint, sliced basil, and crumbled feta.
- Pour honey-lime dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the ingredients.
- Top with remaining feta and garnish with mint and basil leaves before serving.
