Instructions
- Combine apples with sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Add celery, grapes, and walnuts to the apple mixture and mix gently.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in mayonnaise.
- Drizzle the creamy dressing over the apple mixture; add salt and fold together.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
