Instructions

- Peel and slice bananas into ⅓-inch thick slices.
- Arrange banana slices in a rectangular shape on the baking sheet.
- Spread peanut butter evenly over banana slices.
- Place baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top if desired.
- Freeze for at least 90 minutes.
- Break the bark into large pieces and serve.
