- ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 tablespoon plant-based milk or water
Instructions
- Cream vegan butter, sugar, and dried strawberries until fluffy.
- Add flax egg and vanilla, and mix well.
- Sift together dry ingredients and mix into the wet mixture.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Form dough balls, roll in sugar, and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Cool down and drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar, vanilla, and plant-based milk.
