Instructions
- Chop Medjool dates and boil with water until softened.
- Stir in baking soda and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
- Combine cooled date mixture with oat milk, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Preheat oven to 350°F; bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then release from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
- Drizzle with vegan salted caramel before serving.
