- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 25 slices pepperoni (turkey pepperoni recommended)
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (to taste)
- Grated parmesan cheese (to taste)
- Chopped fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F, and warm your pizza stone or line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Shape the pizza dough into a heart on parchment paper.
- Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on the cheese in a heart shape.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Allow dough to reach room temperature for easier handling.
