- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup Valentine's M&M's
- 3/4 cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, M&M's, and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets with space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for best mixing results.
Do not overbake for optimal chewy texture.
Feel free to customize with different chocolate types or nuts.
