- 10 cups popped kettle corn (3-ounce bag)
- 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
- ¾ cup caramel bits
- 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 3 tablespoons Valentine’s Day sprinkles
- ¾ cup red, white, and pink M&M's
Instructions
- Place popped kettle corn in a large mixing bowl and remove unpopped kernels.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows, caramel bits, and butter; microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring each minute until melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over kettle corn and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the popcorn mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with Valentine's Day sprinkles.
- Press the mixture into a heart-shaped cake pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake, then flip onto a plate and slice to serve.
Notes
Ensure the caramel mixture is smooth for even flavor distribution.
Reheat the mixture briefly if it cools before adding M&M’s.
Press the mixture firmly for a well-shaped cake.
