Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  • Spread the dough in the baking dish and bake for 20-24 minutes.
  • Cool the bars completely before frosting.
  • Make the frosting with cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; add heavy cream for spreadability.
  • Frost the bars and top with sprinkles.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
