- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp – 3 tsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Spread the dough in the baking dish and bake for 20-24 minutes.
- Cool the bars completely before frosting.
- Make the frosting with cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; add heavy cream for spreadability.
- Frost the bars and top with sprinkles.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
Notes
Ensure butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easier mixing.
Watch the bars towards the end of baking to prevent overbaking.
Feel free to customize with different types of sprinkles for a unique look.
