- ½ cup salted butter
- 10 cups mini marshmallows (divided: 8 cups + 2 cups)
- 9 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1.25 ounces freeze-dried raspberries (crushed)
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat, then add 8 cups of mini marshmallows and stir.
- Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies and crushed raspberries.
- Fold in remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and gently press it down.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes and slice them.
- Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the bottom of each treat in the melted white chocolate and drizzle with remaining chocolate.
- Let cool to set for an additional 30 minutes.

Work quickly to prevent the marshmallow mixture from hardening.

Let chocolate cool slightly before dipping.
