Valentine Puff Pastry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 pint Raspberries

Instructions

  • Defrost the puff pastry dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • Transfer cookies to an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella to the center of each cookie.
  • Press half a raspberry into the Nutella of each cookie.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
