Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine egg, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the grated onion and mix until it forms a paste.
- Gently fold in ground turkey, mix until combined but do not overmix.
- Scoop uniform portions and roll them into balls.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add meatballs without moving them for 3-5 minutes.
- Brown all sides, then add marinara sauce, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- For baking, transfer browned meatballs to a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-25 minutes.
- For air frying, place in an air fryer at 350°F for 9-13 minutes.

Add fresh herbs like parsley or basil for enhanced flavor.
Ensure meatballs are uniform in size for even cooking.
