- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Trader Joe’s Blend of Shaved Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheeses (or grated Parmesan as a substitute)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan and add vegetable hash and salt, cooking until tender.
- Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float, then drain.
- Combine gnocchi with the sautéed hash and stir in heavy cream until well mixed.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with cheese blend.
