- 1 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
- 1–2 tsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- 1 tbsp Kahlua (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee.
- Heat milk in a small saucepan until steaming.
- Whisk mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Combine the mascarpone mixture into the hot milk while stirring.
- Pour espresso into a mug and add the milk mixture on top.
- Stir in vanilla extract and optional Kahlua.
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality coffee for the best flavor.
Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of sugar in the mascarpone mixture.
Avoid overheating the milk to prevent a burnt taste.
