Instructions

- In a stand mixer, whisk flour, salt, and sugar together.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and softened butter to the dry mix and blend.
- Incorporate yeast mixture, knead dough until cohesive, then let rise until doubled.
- Mix ingredients for cinnamon caramel sauce and spread in a greased baking dish.
- Prepare cinnamon filling and spread over rolled-out dough.
- Roll, cut into rolls, and proof them in the baking dish.
- Preheat oven, then bake until golden brown.
- Make cream cheese frosting and spread over warm rolls.
