Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix with cocoa powder.
- Add eggs and canola oil, blending until smooth to form dough.
- Scoop dough onto cookie sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until soft but set.
- For icing, melt butter, cocoa powder, and whole milk in a saucepan.
- Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth and glossy.
- Drizzle icing over cooled cookies.
Notes
Use softened butter for a creamier icing.
Do not overbake; cookies should remain soft inside.
