- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 32 ounces frozen tater tots
- 10 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 15.2 ounces can corn, drained
- 15.2 ounces can green beans, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- In a frying pan, brown ground beef with diced onions. Drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Pour meat mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour over the meat layer.
- Layer drained corn and green beans, followed by half of the cheddar cheese.
- Cover with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until tater tots are golden.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
For spice, consider adding diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
