- 15 Swiss Rolls or Ho-hos
- 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 3.4-ounce box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 ½ cups milk
Instructions
- Cut Swiss Rolls into 5 equal pieces.
- Line the bottom of a 9×9” pan with the sliced Swiss Rolls.
- Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in half of the Cool Whip until well mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Swiss Roll layer.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk and let thicken.
- Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and smooth it out.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with Swiss Roll slices.
