- 10 sheets rice paper
- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 mango
- 1 medium peach
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 4 medium strawberries
- 10 raspberries
- 1/8 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Chop the fruits into thin strips and arrange on a plate.
- Soak rice paper in hot water for 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Lay down chosen fruits on rice paper, then add apple, mango, pomegranate, and mint.
- Roll the rice paper tightly around the filling.
- Mix honey and lime juice for the dressing.
- Serve rolls with dressing immediately.
Notes
Keep the rice paper covered with a damp cloth while working.
Experiment with seasonal fruits for variety.
Store prepared rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for best freshness.
