- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
- Slice chosen stone fruits and remove pits from cherries.
- Combine all sliced fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or serve immediately.
Notes
Select ripe fruits for maximum flavor.
Experiment with other herbs like mint or basil.
Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of maple syrup.
