- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 6 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup iced water
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles or star confetti for garnish
Instructions
- Ground Golden Oreo cookies until fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with melted butter and optional sprinkles.
- Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish and freeze.
- Dissolve berry blue Jello in boiling water.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and blueberry mixture.
- Spread blueberry cheesecake over crust and chill.
- Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water and add iced water.
- Layer sliced strawberries over cheesecake and pour strawberry Jello.
- Chill until set, then top with whipped cream and garnish.
Notes
Allow each layer to set completely to prevent flavors from mixing.
Using fresh fruits enhances texture and flavor.
Homemade whipped cream elevates the overall taste.
