  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, spinach, dill, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Cut small pockets into each salmon fillet.
  • Fill each fillet with the creamy mixture.
  • Roll each fillet into pinwheels.
  • Sear pinwheels in heated olive oil until golden brown.
  • Transfer to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
