- 12 ounces fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup sliced cucumber flowers or plain sliced cucumbers

- Lemon Basil Dressing (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Soak the dried cranberries in water or boiling water until plumped.
- Sauté pistachios with honey, chili powder, and salt until golden.
- Combine spinach, strawberries, cucumbers, and red onion in a bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss well.
- Garnish with remaining strawberries, cucumbers, cranberries, and pistachios.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
Allow pistachios to cool completely before storing.
Assemble the salad just before serving for freshness.
