  • ¾ cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • ¼ cup whipped heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled vanilla quick bread or sponge cake

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, fresh strawberries, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract to blender.
  • Pour in almond milk, starting with ½ cup, and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk if desired.
  • Taste and add more fruit or honey for sweetness if necessary.
