Instructions
- Combine strawberries, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, raw honey, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil while pulsing until creamy.
- Gently fold in poppy seeds for added crunch.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
Store in the fridge for up to a week and stir before serving if separation occurs.
