Instructions
- Combine fresh strawberries and sugar in a tall glass, mashing until pureed.
- Add ice cubes on top of the puree if desired.
- Pour milk over the strawberry puree.
- Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add boiling water, and whisk until frothy.
- Carefully pour matcha over the milk layer.
- Stir gently and enjoy.
