- 36 Golden Oreos
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature (2 blocks)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (1 container)
- 2 ½ cups diced strawberries, patted dry
- 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O mix (1 box)
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ¾ cup ice water
- Additional fresh strawberries for garnish
- Golden Oreo crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Crush Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and optional salt.
- Press mixture into the bottom of the baking pan and freeze.
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Add confectioners' sugar gradually and mix until combined.
- Fold in whipped topping and dried strawberries.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over the crust and freeze.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and add ice water.
- Fold in second container of whipped topping and refrigerate to thicken.
- Spread Jell-O mixture over cheesecake layer and refrigerate to set.
- Spread final whipped topping layer and garnish before serving.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are dried properly to prevent sogginess.
Chill each layer to maintain its texture.
Best enjoyed within a few days for optimal freshness.
