- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine sliced strawberries with cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix rolled oats, cold butter, all-purpose flour, both sugars, salt, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the strawberries.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack before serving.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
Add more cornstarch for a thicker filling if desired.
Pre-bake the crumble topping for extra crunch.
