- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 (12-ounce) bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream the softened butter, sugar, and strawberry Jell-O mix until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into 1½-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Use softened butter for the best texture.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
