  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Cream the softened butter, sugar, and strawberry Jell-O mix until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the dough into 1½-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Use softened butter for the best texture.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
