- ¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with sea salt and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Whisk together strawberry jam, balsamic vinegar, and water in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and scrape up brown bits for flavor.
- Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, then stir in most of the fresh basil.
- Serve chicken with sauce, garnish with remaining basil and strawberries.
Notes
Use high-quality strawberry jam for better taste.
Adjust the balsamic vinegar to your preference.
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
