  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water plus enough ice cubes to make 1 cup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced small
  • Additional strawberries for garnish
  • Crushed cookies for garnish
  • Chocolate curls for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush the golden Oreo cookies until fine.
  • Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a dish, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cream cream cheese and sugar, fold in whipped topping, and spread over the chilled crust.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then mix with cold water and ice.
  • Fold in strawberries and whipped topping, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over the top, garnish, and chill for at least 4 hours.
