  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and egg together.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix to form dough.
  • Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then mix in strawberries and jam.
  • Combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Roll out dough and cover with cinnamon sugar mixture, then strawberry filling.
  • Roll tightly and cut into 12 rolls.
