- 2 large eggs, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess liquid removed
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 (17.3 oz) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, one egg, and garlic in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in spinach and feta until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 9 squares.
- Place squares into greased muffin tin, adding filling to centers.
- Fold pastry edges to encase filling.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 400℉ for 22-25 minutes.
Notes
Ensure moisture is removed from spinach to avoid sogginess.
Fully thaw puff pastry before rolling out for best results.
