  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • ½ recipe Easy Same-Day Pizza Dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz (about 1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz (about 176 g) artichoke hearts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet for the pizza.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine olive oil, frozen spinach, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, mustard powder, and nutmeg. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  • Shape the pizza dough by hand-stretching or rolling it out.
  • Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough, then add dollops of spinach dip and artichoke hearts.
  • Bake for 16-22 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
