Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon).
  • Add wet ingredients (milk, butter, vanilla) and stir until smooth.
  • In a small bowl, combine garnish ingredients (cinnamon and sugar) and mix.
  • Layer half of the batter in the mug, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top.
  • Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  • Microwave on full power for about 1 minute, checking for doneness.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
