- 1 head Belgian endive
- 4–5 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 4–5 tablespoons red pepper jelly
- 1/3 cup Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds, chopped
Instructions
- Chop off the base of the Belgian endive and separate the leaves carefully.
- Spread softened cream cheese generously onto each endive leaf.
- Add a spoonful of red pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds just before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier spreading.
Assemble the bites a few hours ahead, but add almonds right before serving.
Feel free to use different jelly flavors for a unique twist.
