Instructions
- Prepare the pork tenderloin, cutting it to fit if necessary.

- Whisk together the glaze ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the seasoned pork in the slow cooker and pour the glaze over it.
- Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or low for 2-3 hours until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 150-160°F.
- Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Optionally, thicken the sauce with a corn starch slurry if desired.
- Serve sliced pork with drizzled sauce.
