- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Olive Garden Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4–5 basil leaves, torn
- 1 pound penne pasta
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Shred chicken, mix in basil and remaining Parmesan, then combine with pasta.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Consider marinating the chicken overnight for added flavor.
Swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt to reduce calories.
