- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Remove pork chops and keep warm.
- Combine cornstarch and water; stir into the sauce and cook on high for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Return pork chops to the sauce, coat well, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate pork chops in the sauce overnight.
Adjust honey for sweetness based on preference.
Ensure slow cooker is on low for the best tenderness.
