- 3–5 pound boneless ham
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place the boneless ham into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the ham, cover, and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Allow the ham to rest for 15 minutes, then brush it with the juices from the slow cooker.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
For best flavor, let the ham rest before slicing.
This recipe works well with smaller or larger hams by adjusting the cook time accordingly.
