Ingredients

  • 35 pound boneless ham
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Place the boneless ham into the slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the ham, cover, and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
  5. Allow the ham to rest for 15 minutes, then brush it with the juices from the slow cooker.
  6. Slice and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, let the ham rest before slicing.
