Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Peel and slice the carrots, ensuring they are similar in size; quarter some and halve others as needed.
- Place the carrots at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and garlic powder over the carrots and stir to coat well.
- Add the butter cubes on top of the carrots and pour the water around the edges, avoiding the spices.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the carrots are fork tender.
Notes
