  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until brown.
  • Add chopped onion and diced green bell pepper, sauté until the onion softens.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir, then add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Mix in cubed Velveeta and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top and broil until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with dippers.
