Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix white cake mix with Sunkist soda until combined.
- Beat softened cream cheese, adding powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest.
- Pour cake batter into the pan, followed by the cream cheese mixture; swirl gently.
- Bake for 32-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely.
- Spread whipped topping on cooled cake and garnish with fresh orange slices.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter for a fluffy texture.
