Instructions

  • Combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
  • Distribute the pumpkin mixture into cups or bowls.
  • Mash the banana in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Add almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to the banana and mix until creamy.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in intervals until smooth.
  • Mix melted chocolate into the banana mixture.
  • Layer the chocolate mixture over the pumpkin layer in cups.
  • Chill for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
  • Top with Cool Whip and serve.
