  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Juice of 1 medium lime
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortillas, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and salsa for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Slice sirloin and bell peppers thinly.
