Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, cook sausage for 5-6 minutes, drain fat.
- Grease a 13×9-inch sheet pan with remaining olive oil and sprinkle cornmeal.
- Roll out pizza dough, stretch to fit the pan if necessary.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese, add cooked sausage, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
