  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  • Whisk together cornstarch, black pepper, sea salt, rice vinegar, and egg.
  • Coat the cod pieces in the batter.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan.
