- 2 cups hot water

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a flat patty.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Whisk brown gravy mix with hot water in a bowl, adding ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Once patties are cooked, pour the gravy mixture over them, simmer, and stir occasionally.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes or alongside vegetables.
Notes
Use lean ground beef to reduce grease.
Avoid overmixing the meat for tender patties.
