Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a flat patty.
  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Whisk brown gravy mix with hot water in a bowl, adding ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Once patties are cooked, pour the gravy mixture over them, simmer, and stir occasionally.
