Instructions

- Roast for 45 to 55 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy, checking garlic after 35 minutes.
- Squeeze and mash roasted garlic, then combine with lemon juice and basil.
- Mix everything together, drizzle with honey, and serve hot.
