Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine okra, oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, fennel seeds, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Arrange the okra on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
